District Court Judge Benjamin Figa ORDERED HGA to provide the records requested by HGMD to substantiate the amount billed to HGMD in 2023!

HGA must produce these documents by Nov. 21st.

HGMD filed a civil suit againt HGA on December 22, 2023, for breach of contract. HGMD is requesting documentation substantiating the wages billed by HGA in 2023 and management of the HGMD properties. HGMD is seeking no monetary damages, so the lawsuit poses no risk to lenders or property values.
