The highlight of the meeting was the Brainstorm session. During this session, residents were given the opportunity to express concerns regarding the governance of Heather Gardens.  The following are general areas of concern:

• Management Agreement Status
• Education & Communication
• Governance Oversight
• Governance Accountability

All residents are encouraged to attend The Voice for Residents meeting on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in the auditorium.

The January theme will be "Communication—what is working and what is not”

• Staffing issues

The Voice for Residents is dedicated to keeping you the residents well informed and educated as to what is happening in the governance of Heather Gardens. However, it has been impossible for the Planning Committee to attend all committee meetings. We are asking for your help. We need volunteers to attend one monthly committee meeting that interest you and send a brief report to the Planning Committee.  We will be asking for volunteers during our January meeting and encourage you to consider participating in this important arm of The Voice for Residents.
